LexJet Two-Way Light Block SUV is an 8-mil, bright white polyester film that has an inkjet-printable coating on both sides and a 100% opaque light-blocking layer in the middle. This film is ideal for window graphics, ceiling-hung banners, free-standing POP displays, and other applications in which it is beneficial for the graphics to be seen from multiple viewing angles (e.g. inside or outside a store or walking up or down an aisle).

The bright white matte surface produces outstanding image quality with minimal glare. The instant-dry coating helps speed production by enabling graphics to be printed back-to-back without delay. LexJet Two-Way Light Block has excellent scuff-resistance, meaning that no lamination is needed.

If you want to mount your two-way graphic in a window, you can order Neschen Gudy Window Adhesive from LexJet.

LexJet Two-Way Light Block SUV can be used with solvent, low-solvent, or UV-curable inks.

Printer/Ink Compatibility Compatible all inkjet printers using eco solvent, solvent and UV-curable ink.
Software Settings Printer settings will vary between printer manufacturers. Recommended heater settings for pre-heat and post-heat of 40-50° C have been found as a good place to start. For the best and most consistent results, a profile should be created using an external color calibrator in conjunction with your RIP and color matching software. However, if these tools are not available use one of the onboard media settings for matte calendered vinyl.
Finishing/Post Processing This film does not require lamination. Pressure-sensitive laminates like LexJet Elite UV Vinyl can be applied to increase the fade and abrasion resistance of the image. Before applying the laminate, allow the ink to dry for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure the solvents are gone from the print. Failure to do so may facilitate solvent penetration which may cause color shift and affect the bond strength of the laminate adhesive.
Light Fastness The fading time of inkjet ink is a direct result of the inks that you choose to use and the environment where the print is displayed. Contact the ink manufacturer for light-fastness data.
Optimal Print Environment 50-86° F (10-30° C), 70% R.H
Shipping Instructions Always roll graphics with the thinnest material facing out. When both materials are the same thickness, always roll them in the same way every time. LexJet recommends rolling the graphic with a minimum 12 inch diameter.
Ideal Storage Conditions 70° F (21° C), 50% R.H. (a controlled environment is recommended); store vertically in original packaging.
Shelf Life 1 year from the LexJet ship date when stored in proper conditions.
