LexJet's Simple Flo Wrap Vinyl is a 2.4-mil, glossy white, ultra-conformable calendared adhesive-backed vinyl for wrapping vehicles, trucks, buses, and walls with graphics. The air-egress release liner on this high-performance vinyl enables air to escape as the graphics are installed, eliminating trapped air pockets that cause wrinkles and bubbles. Because the adhesive is repositionable, misaligned graphics are easy to fix during installation. Simple Flo Wrap Vinyl can be used with LexJet’s Simple Flo Wrap Gloss UV laminate (2.4 Mil) to create a durable wrap that is removable for 1 year and permanent for up to 7 years. This vinyl/laminate combination performs well over rivets, corrugations, slight to moderate curves and flat surfaces. LexJet’s Simple Flow Wrap Vinyl works well on a wide variety of printers that use solvent, low-solvent and UV-curable inks. It offers substantial cost savings over cast-vinyl solutions.

| Finishing/Post Processing | For wrap applications, partner with LexJet Simple Flo Wrap Gloss UV Laminate (2.4 mil). Before finishing, trimming and installing the graphic, allow the image to completely evaporate and dry for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure the solvents are gone from the print. Failure to do so may facilitate solvent penetration, resulting in vinyl degradation. Application surface should always be cleaned, tested and checked for defects before applying the LexJet Simple Flo Wrap Vinyl solution. This product can be installed using the wet application method. |
