LexJet's Simple 6 Mil Removable PSA Vinyl is a semi-rigid matte white vinyl with a low tack removable adhesive. Its added rigidity makes it easy to install and remove cleanly from windows and boards. This is the ideal media for temporary store front window graphics or POP graphics applied to smooth surfaces such as metal, board and certain high energy plastics. It is not recommended for wall graphics. This vinyl is designed to work well on a wide variety of printers that use latex, solvent, low-solvent and UV-curable inks.

| Software Settings | Printer settings will vary between printer manufacturers. Recommended heater settings: Pre-heat 45° C, platen 50° C and post-heat 50° C have been found as a good place to start. |
| Color Matching | For the best and most consistent results, a profile should be created using an external color calibrator in conjunction with your RIP and color matching software. However, if these tools are not available use one of the onboard media settings for cast vinyl. |
| Finishing/Post Processing | Before finishing, trimming and installing the graphic, allow the image to completely evaporate and dry for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure the solvents are gone from the print. Failure to do so may facilitate solvent penetration resulting in vinyl degradation. |
| Light Fastness | The fading time of inkjet ink is a direct result of the inks that you choose to use and the environment where the print is displayed. Contact the ink manufacturer for light-fastness data. |
