If you are looking for a piece of Lab Equipment, the imagePROGRAF PRO-2100 (or any of the Canon printers in that series) is the standard. Having owned a commercial photolab in the 80s and 90s, I will attest to the importance of running equipment that is rugged and delivers professional work every time. I have owned and used this printer since May 2021, and have run every media from backlit film, papers of every weight, and heavy canvas through it without a hitch. It uses a minimum of ink to get a rich image, and the calibration and adjustments are much more than adequate. I can't go on enough about the features that make this a professional unit.The accounting software is just the icing on the cake.

If you are seeking a commercial-grade piece of lab equipment at a reasonable cost, I don't think you can go wrong with this series.
