LexJet’s TigerTape Banner Tape is specifically designed for heavier banner substrates. It’s a 4-mil, double-sided, super-aggressive tape used for hemming banners as an alternative to stitching. It’s the preferred process for banners created using inkjet technology. TigerTape Banner Tape consists of a .0005” (.01 mm) clear polyester film coated on both sides with a specially-formulated permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The tape utilizes an 80# (.0043"/.1 mm) densified Kraft paper release liner. TigerTape Banner Tape is designed for bonding applications requiring resistance to plasticizers, solvents, and high temperatures.
