| Software Settings |
Printer settings will vary between printer manufacturers. Recommended heater settings: Pre-heat 40-45° C, platen 45-50° C and post-heat 50° C have been found as a good place to start. |
| Color Matching |
For the best and most consistent results, a profile should be created using an external color calibrator in conjunction with your RIP and color matching software. |
| Finishing/Post Processing |
Before finishing, trimming and installing the graphic, allow the image to completely evaporate and dry for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure the solvents are gone from the print. Failure to do so may facilitate solvent penetration resulting in vinyl degradation. |
| Light Fastness |
The fading time of inkjet ink is a direct result of the inks that you choose to use and the environment where the print is displayed. Contact the ink manufacturer for light-fastness data. |

Removable for up to one year under normal exposure conditions from most common substrates. |

| Shipping Instructions |
Always roll graphics with the thinnest material facing out. When both materials are the same thickness, always roll them in the same way every time. LexJet recommends rolling the graphic with a minimum 12 inch diameter. |
