Low-melt thermal laminates can cost-effectively protect your prints... if they’re used for the correct applications! LexJet recommends using low-melt thermal laminates only on microporous coated, bond, or uncoated papers. Pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) laminates are recommended with inkjet media that accept heavy inks, especially if the prints are being cut or trimmed to the edge.
