HP Scrim Banner is a 380 microns, matte opaque PVC banner material. This product, designed for HP large-format ink jet printers, consists of a tear-resistant polyester fabric embedded between two white vinyl layers. It’s also ideal for indoor and outdoor applications, thanks to a special ink-receptive coating that makes the media water-resistant while still allowing it to produce brilliant colors and edge definition. When used with dye inks or pigmented inks, images are brilliant and well-saturated making this media ideal for banners and signage for indoor and outdoor advertising. Let outdoor banners dry overnight for better water-resistance. For improved outdoor durability, we recommend liquid lamination or varnishing after printing. It’s compatible with HP Designjet aqueous printers.
