Sunset Textured Fine Art SUV paper opens up new possibilities for expanding the type and volume of fine-art and photo reproductions work that can be produced on inkjet printers that use solvent, low-solvent, and UV-curable inks. The bright white, textured surface and 260g weight emulate the classic look and feel of a traditional watercolor paper.

Although this paper starts with a matte surface, prints produced on Sunset Textured Fine Art SUV will have a visually pleasing, semi-matte finish. This paper is acid- and lignin-free, making it a good choice for long-lasting fine-art, décor, and fine-photo reproductions.

Software Settings

Optimized printer settings will vary from printer manufacturers. To optimize print quality, 720 dpi will offer the best results. High levels of ink saturation are not required to achieve optimal results. Do not exceed 140° F (60° C) heat. We do recommend a custom ICC profile for optimal results. Please refer to www.lexjet.com for ICC profiles for some printers.

Finishing/Post Processing

No post processing or finishing is required on this paper. However, a clear fixative may be applied to enhance certain areas of the print.

Light Fastness

The fading time of ink jet ink is a direct result of the inks that you choose, as well as the environment where the print is displayed. Although the fading process is inherent in all ink jet inks, using a UV inhibiting coating will extend the longevity of ink color. Contact the ink manufacturer to determine a specific ink's suitability for a particular application.

Optimal Service Environment

For end use: 0° F - 300° F, 50% Relative Humidity.

Handling Recommendations

Due to the absorptive nature of the coating, you should avoid touching the coated surface. It's always recommended that cotton gloves be used when handling inkjet coated materials. Rolls of LexJet film are supplied with the coated side facing out.

Ideal Storage Conditions

70° F (21° C), 50% R.H. (a controlled environment is recommended); store in original packaging.

Shelf Life

1 year from the LexJet ship date when stored in proper conditions.
