Printer settings will vary between printer manufacturers. Recommended heater settings: Pre-heat 40-45° C, platen 45-50° C and post-heat 50° C have been found as a good place to start.

Before finishing, trimming and installing the graphic, allow the image to completely evaporate and dry for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure the solvents are gone from the print. Failure to do so may facilitate solvent penetration resulting in vinyl degradation.

Removable for up to one year under normal exposure conditions from most common substrates.

-40° to 176° F (-40° C to 80° C).

Always roll graphics with the thinnest material facing out. When both materials are the same thickness, always roll them in the same way every time. LexJet recommends rolling the graphic with a minimum 12 inch diameter.
