Printer settings will vary between printer manufacturers. Recommended heater settings: pre-heat 40° C, platen 38-42° C and post-heat 50° C have been found as a good place to start. For the best and most consistent results, a profile should be created using an external color calibrator in conjunction with your RIP and color matching software.

Pressure-sensitive vinyl laminates like LexJet Elite UV Vinyl can be applied to increase the fade and abrasion resistance of the image. Before applying the laminate, allow the image to dry for 24 hours. Residual solvent trapped beneath a laminate as a result of insufficient dry time can cause color shifts.
