Description

LexJet Optically Clear Tape is a 1-in optically-clear double-sided application tape designed to lower installation costs and minimize clean-up when applying graphics to the inside of windows. The permanent acrylic adhesive is on the inside of the roll; the removable adhesive is on the outside of the roll. This tape is perfect for projects that require removability from the application surface and strong adhesion to the graphic, such as backlit displays and window graphics.

Optically clear acrylic adhesive. Semi-permanent (.75 mil) on one side and Permanent (1mil) on the other side. (Permanent side on inside of roll.)

Total Thickness

3.75 mil, 2 mil optically clear polyester base.

Shelf Life

2 years stored, in original packaging in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct exposure to the sun and to a heat source.

Application

1) Be sure print is fully dried/cured 2) Apply 1" strip to top and bottom of graphic 3) Before application, clean and degrease window thoroughly using isopropyl alcohol 4) Remove release liner and apply with squeegee to window

For Best Results

Trim full window graphic panels back from all window frames 1/16" to 1/18". Optical color shift is easily avoided by printing a black strip where the tape will be applied. Do NOT apply to tinted window films.
