Printer settings will vary between printer manufacturers. Recommended heater settings for pre-heat and post-heat of 40-50° C have been found as a good place to start. For the best and most consistent results, a profile should be created using an external color calibrator in conjunction with your RIP and color matching software. To optimize print quality, 720 dpi will offer best results.

This film does not require lamination. However, using a pressure-sensitive laminate in the LexJet Elite laminate line can be applied to increase the life expectancy and abrasion resistance of the image. Before applying the laminate, allow the ink to dry for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure the solvents are gone from the print. Failure to do so may facilitate solvent penetration which may cause color shift and affect the bond strength of the laminate adhesive.
