The CarePAK Exchange Program offers two different choices of support - a one- or two-year support program. Both programs include toll-free technical support through Canon’s help desk. When the help desk is unable to resolve a problem over the phone the product will be exchanged for a new or remanufactured product through the Advanced Exchange Program.  Currently, Canon CarePAK’s cannot be sold into New Mexico or Wyoming.
