Textured Aluminum
Heat Press Ideal settings for sublimating Textured Aluminum are 385°F/195°C, with 60-70 PSI and a dwell time starting around 2 minutes. This recipe is only a general starting point and will vary based on equipment, location, etc.
Sublimation Paper Ensure your paper weight is at least 105gsm. A heavier paper will hold more ink and in turn provide better ink coverage on your print.
Image Configuration If adjusted heat press settings and a heavier sublimation paper does not deliver outstanding results, it will be worthwhile to look at your current ICC profile or image configuration. It may improve image quality by adjusting the magenta and total ink settings within your RIP software.
