LexJet announced today that they would increase its number of full service distribution centers from six to nine within the next 45 days as it begins its final leg to provide a higher quality of service to its thousands of customers.

“Advancements in our company wide systems technology have enabled LexJet to pinpoint the exact locations for our next three full service distribution centers,” stated Camillia Mankovich, LexJet’s marketing director. “Our customers have been requesting next day ground delivery for our products and this expansion announces the beginning of our final push to offer every customer in North America next day ground delivery,” Mankovich added.

Adding to the six existing full service warehouse facilities located in Milwaukee, WI; Jacksonville, FL; Wilmington, DE; Denver, CO; Dallas, TX; and Reno, NV; LexJet will open three additional locations in January 2006. The new locations will be in Birmingham, AL; Cincinnati, OH; and Albany, NY.

“Adding these locations provides for superior service for both the print-for-pay community and the digital photographic customer base at LexJet and these openings will have a direct economic and service impact on 4,000 of LexJet’s 15,000 customers,” stated John Lane, LexJet’s vice president. “We have made the commitment to next day ground delivery and to offer that service to all of our customers in the U.S. by mid 2006; these three new distribution locations will go a long way to reaching that goal,” Lane continued.
