LexJet Heavy-Duty Banner Tape is a 4-mil, double-sided tape specifically designed for creating hems and pole pockets on heavier banner materials. It consists of a .01 mm clear polyester film coated on both sides with a permanent, acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that will hold a strong bond even when exposed to plasticizers, cleaning solvents, and heat. The adhesive remains protected until you’re ready to use it with an 80 lb. Kraft paper release liner.

Banner tape has become the preferred option for hemming inkjet banners because it is stronger and more cost-effective than sewing.
