LexJet's Simple FloorAd is a 3.4-mil, opaque white, matte vinyl designed for producing eye-catching, temporary floor decals and point of purchase advertising that will be applied to indoor floor surfaces. The vinyl is backed by a high performance, removable adhesive that bonds well to commercial tile, sealed concrete and linoleum and is cleanly removable for up to six months. For a warranted solution, combine with one of LexJet’s slip-resistant laminates. LexJet’s Simple FloorAd works well on a wide variety of printers that use solvent, low-solvent, and UV-curable inks.

Printer/Ink CompatibilityCompatible all inkjet printers using eco solvent, solvent, latex and UV-curable ink.
Software SettingsPrinter settings will vary between printer manufacturers. Recommended heater settings: Pre-heat 30° C, platen 33° C and post-heat 35° C have been found as a good place to start.
Color MatchingFor the best and most consistent results, a profile should be created using an external color calibrator in conjunction with your RIP and color matching software. However, if these tools are not available use one of the onboard media settings for matte white calendered vinyl.
Finishing/Post Processing Before finishing, trimming and installing the graphic, allow the image to completely evaporate and dry for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure the solvents are gone from the print. Failure to do so may facilitate solvent penetration, resulting in vinyl degradation.
Approved Anti-Slip LaminatesLexJet Performance Textured Polypropylene Laminate (5 Mil), LexJet Floor Velvet (5 Mil), and LexJet Floor Gloss Laminate (3 Mil) are UL Classified for slip resistance.
Light FastnessThe fading time of inkjet ink is a direct result of the inks that you choose to use and the environment where the print is displayed. Contact the ink manufacturer for light-fastness data.
Removability/Expected LifeRemovable for up to six months from most common commercial tile. The floor must be clean and dry prior to application. All tiles must be firmly attached to subfloor. Test all painted cement floors for adhesion of paint before applying a floor decal. For indoor use only. Please review the installation guide and LexJet warranty prior to installation.

Shipping InstructionsAlways roll graphics with the thinnest material facing out. When both materials are the same thickness, always roll them in the same way every time. LexJet recommends rolling the graphic with a minimum 12 inch diameter.
Ideal Storage Conditions70° F (21° C), 50% R.H. (a controlled environment is recommended); store in original packaging.
Shelf Life1 year from the LexJet ship date when stored in proper conditions.
