LexJet White Static Cling Vinyl SUV is perfect for producing short runs of window graphics because the vinyl doesn't require any adhesives. The graphics can quickly and repeatedly be installed or removed without any special tools, training, or adhesive residue removers.

The white vinyl is designed to be front printed and hung so the graphics are readable to people inside the store.

Static cling vinyl can be used to create graphics for any glass surface, including office and store doors, display cases and beverage coolers. The vinyl also clings without adhesive to many smooth, glossy plastics and shiny metal surfaces.

LexJet White Static Cling Vinyl SUV is compatible with solvent and UV-curable inks.

Material7 mil premium white, highly plasticized felxible calendered vinyl with 90# lay flat liner.
Product AwarenessIt is a nature of the plasticizer in this film to continually migrate to the surface. This may create hazy surface appearance and drop in surface energy, which can impact ink adhesion and print quality. The surface of cling vinyl may have liner impression, flow lines and blotches.
Printer/Ink CompatibilityCompatible all inkjet printers using eco solvent, solvent and UV-curable ink.
Removability/Expected LifeUp to 3 months on exterior glass. Temperature, wind and rain may limit the bond of static cling to windows.
Ideal Storage Conditions70° F (21° C), 50% R.H. (a controlled environment is recommended); store in original packaging.
Shelf Life2 months from the LexJet ship date when stored in proper conditions. Excessive heat (over 75° F) and humidity increases the rate of plasticizer migration.
Recommendations for UseSuggested Application Techniques
Applying Large DecalsWet method is recommended. Use rubber roll to smooth out decals, squeegee is not recommended.
TestEvaluate this product with inks and equipment before proceeding with a production order.
