LexJet 18 Mil Solvent Display Film SR (Scratch Resistant) is a durable, rigid PVC film with a waterfast coating that works with UV-curable inks as well as solvent inks. It is particularly well-suited for trade-show graphic panels that will be hung with magnets or hook-and-loop tape such as Velcro®. But it can also be used for a variety of POP graphics that require rigidity, opacity and high level of scratch resistance. The bright-white base and lustrous satin coating help produce graphics with brilliant colors and sharply detailed images.

The film is so inherently durable, no lamination is required. Just print, trim, and ship.

Software SettingsPrinter settings will vary between printer manufacturers. Recommended heater settings of 30° C for both pre and post heaters have been found as a good place to start.
Color MatchingFor the best and most consistent results, a profile should be created using an external color calibrator in conjunction with your RIP and color matching software. However, if these tools are not available use one of the onboard media settings for cast vinyl.
Finishing/Post Processing Pressure-sensitive vinyl laminates like LexJet Elite UV Vinyl can be applied to increase the fade and abrasion resistance of the image. Before applying the laminate, allow the image to dry for 24 hours. Residual solvent trapped beneath a laminate as a result of insufficient dry time can cause color shifts.
Light FastnessThe fading time of inkjet ink is a direct result of the inks that you choose to use and the environment where the print is displayed. Contact the ink manufacturer for light-fastness data.

Shipping InstructionsAlways roll graphics with the thinnest material facing out. When both materials are the same thickness, always roll them in the same way every time. LexJet recommends rolling the graphic with a minimum 12 inch diameter.
Ideal Storage Conditions70° F (21° C), 50% R.H. (a controlled environment is recommended); store vertically in original packaging.
Shelf Life1 year from the LexJet ship date when stored in proper conditions.
