LexJet FaceMount 70/30 Perforated Film is a great choice for creating window graphics that will be mounted inside a window with the sales message facing out. It enables graphic producers to comply with local sign codes that restrict the application of graphics to the exterior of windows.

The pattern of perforations ensures that people inside the building can have an unobstructed view out through the window graphics while the graphics are clear and readable to people viewing the graphics from outside the window.

The 70/30 ratio means that 70% of the print surface of the film remains while 30% has been removed through the dots. This ratio supports the production of finely detailed decals, POP graphics, and retail signage.

LexJet FaceMount 70/30 Perforated Film can be applied with either LexJet FaceMount permanent mounting adhesive or LexJet FaceMount Window Tape.

Printer/Ink CompatibilityCompatible all inkjet printers using eco solvent, solvent, UV curable, and latex ink. Not recommended for UV curable printers.
Software SettingsPrinter settings will vary between printer manufacturers. Recommended heater settings of 40° - 50° C, for both pre and post-heaters have been found to be a good place to start.
Color MatchingFor the best and most consistent results, a profile should be created using an external color calibrator in conjunction with your RIP and color matching software. However, if these tools are not available use one of the onboard media settings for cast vinyl.
Finishing/Post Processing Apply this product directly to the inside of a window with FaceMount Window Tape, Optically Clear Tape, or FaceMount adhesive with the image facing outside. Excellent dimensional stability and tear resistance.
Light FastnessThe fading time of inkjet ink is a direct result of the inks that you choose to use and the environment where the print is displayed. Contact the ink manufacturer for light-fastness data.
Removability/Expected Life2-5 year durability for indoor applications under normal conditions.
Optimal Print Environment41-104° F, 30-70% Relative Humidity.
Ideal Storage Conditions70° F (21° C), 50% R.H. (a controlled environment is recommended); store vertically in original packaging.
Handling RecommendationsDue to the absorptive nature of the coating, you should avoid touching the coated surface of the media. It?s always recommended that cotton gloves be used when handling inkjet-coated materials.
Shelf Life1 year from the LexJet ship date when stored in proper conditions.
