New Book on B&W Printing from George DeWolfe

Photographer and printmaker George DeWolfe has written a new book for the Digital Masters series of Lark Photography Books. Entitled B&W Printing: Creating the Digital Master Print, the book presents a holistic overview of black-and-white printmaking by interspersing discussions of the aesthetics of creating a master print with the technical issues associated with a fine-print workflow.

The book is currently available on Amazon.com, along with one in-depth review praising the quality of DeWolfe’s images and his depth of knowledge as well as another review cautioning that the book will have limited appeal for readers who don’t use Adobe Photoshop Lightroom.
