We guarantee that all of our products will be shipped to you free of defect in material and workmanship. Should you receive material that exhibits defects in material and/or workmanship, notify us within 30 days from the date of order and LexJet will refund and/or replace any product found to be defective at no cost to you.

To obtain a refund or exchange our customers must obtain a Return Materials Authorization Form from LexJet, and ship the product to be returned, back to LexJet along with the Return Materials Authorization Form attached to the material.

LexJet may accept the return of material that has been deemed defect free. In the event that LexJet accepts the return of non warranty material, the customer shall be charged a 15% restocking fee for non warranty claims.

WARRANTY. LexJet WARRANTS THE MATERIAL FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS REGARDING DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP ONLY. THIS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIMITED WARRANTY OFFERED FOR PRODUCTS ORDERED. LEXJET DOES NOT WARRANT ANY PRODUCT FOR SUITABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

LexJet, its officers, employees, agents and contractors shall have no liability whatsoever for statutory , general, special, consequential or tort damages with respect to uses of product purchased including loss of profits, business or goodwill. LexJet shall in no way be liable for any damages for any reason whatsoever that would exceed the replacement value of the material.
