LexJet Elite Luster UV Vinyl Laminate 3.2 Mil with PreLume® technology can extend the life of graphics in which image fidelity, color pop, and brightness are paramount. This flexible, calendered PVC film with a permanent, pressure-sensitive, acrylic adhesive is ideal for corporate customers and brand marketers who expect the best possible representation of their images.

LexJet’s patented PreLume technology improves color accuracy by eliminating color casts in printable papers and films, and extends the useful life of the printed image by preventing the graphic from yellowing over time.

The lustrous finish of this laminating film can add a natural-looking sheen to photographic prints without reflecting a lot of glare or hot spots.

The UV inhibitors help extend the life of the laminating film and the vibrancy of the underlying colors, particularly when the graphics are exposed to sunlight or fluorescent lights for extended periods of time.

Inkjet Media Preparation	Printer manufacturers recommend that you allow your print to dry for a minimum of 24 hours before lamination. In areas with high humidity dry times can be longer.
Laminator Compatibility	It's recommended that your laminator be equipped with a release liner take-up reel. All LexJet laminates are provided on 3" standard cores.
Laminator Settings	NO HEAT IS REQUIRED. Apply 40-80 psi and use 2-5 feet per minute for dwell time, depending on the application. The top and bottom web tension should be minimal so memory will not be a factor.
Adhesive Cure Time	After applying the laminate, allow curing for a minimum of 2 hours before cutting or trimming. Maximum bond strength is reached in 24 hours.
Min. Application Temp.	50° F (10° C)
Ideal Storage Conditions	70° F (21° C), 50% R.H. (a controlled environment is recommended); store vertically in original packaging.
Shelf Life	1 year from the LexJet ship date when stored in proper conditions.
