The bright-white, matte-coated surface of this poly/cotton blend canvas provides the wide color gamut and color-consistency needed to fulfill a wide range of art-reproduction and photo printing requirements while facilitating stretching and other forms of finishing and display. The relatively smooth Oxford 2 over 1 weave is ideal for photo and art reproduction.

Sunset Select Matte Canvas works with both dye and pigment inks and is compatible with current and legacy-model printers from Canon, ColorSpan, Encad, Epson, HP, Mimaki, and Roland.

Printer/Ink Compatibility	Compatible with all thermal and piezo inkjet printers using water-based dye and pigment-based inks.
Software Settings	The coating on this product is engineered for better than 300% ink coverage. A Heavy Weight Coated or Enhanced Matte is the recommended starting point. However, we recommend a custom ICC profile for optimal results. Please refer to www.lexjet.com for starting-point ICC profiles for some printers.
Light Fastness	The fading time of ink jet ink is a direct result of the inks that you choose, as well as the environment where the print is displayed. All dye-based inks fade noticeably under direct sunlight and in interior applications where direct sunlight may fall on the image, and/or, where fluorescent or other UV lighting is present. Although the fading process is inherent in all ink jet inks, certain UV enhanced inks, pigment-based inks, and UV inhibiting coatings will extend the longevity of ink color. Contact the ink manufacturer to determine a specific ink's suitability for a particular application.
Finishing/Post Processing	No post processing or finishing is required on this paper, however, a clear fixative, such as LexJet Sunset Coatings, may be applied to enhance certain areas of the print.
Optimal Print Environment	66-77° F , 20-60% R.H
Handling Recommendations	Due to the absorptive nature of the coating, you should avoid touching the coated surface. It's always recommended that cotton gloves be used when handling inkjet coated materials. Rolls of LexJet film are supplied with the coated side facing out.
Ideal Storage Conditions	70° F (21° C), 50% R.H. (a controlled environment is recommended); store in original packaging.
Shelf Life	1 year from the LexJet ship date when stored in proper conditions.
