Photo Tex adhesive-back fabric sticks to any non-porous flat surface and removes easily with no residue for sharp-looking, seamless graphics and superior photographic images every time. Photo Tex is ideal for life-size photographic cut-outs for walls and wall murals. It also works great for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications, including windows, backlits, doors, sign boards, and other flat surfaces. The adhesive is removable, reusable, and repositionable. It does not remove paint from a primed wall, is safe to apply over wallpaper, applies without wrinkles, and does not rip. This version of Photo Tex is compatible with low-solvent, solvent and UV curable printers.

Printer/Ink Compatibility	Compatible all inkjet printers using eco solvent, solvent, latex and UV-curable ink.
Software Settings	Printer settings will vary between printer manufacturers. To optimize print quality, 720 dpi will offer the best results. Recommended heater settings of 40-50° C, for both pre and post-heaters. These recommendations have been found to be a good place to start.
Color Matching	For the best and most consistent results, a profile should be created using an external color calibrator in conjunction with your RIP and color matching software. The "PSA Vinyl" setting in most RIPs is appropriate when custom profiles are not possible.
Finishing/Post Processing	Use a carbide knife for kiss and die cutting. For additional protection, liquid or spray coatings are recommended.
Light Fastness	The fading time of inkjet ink is a direct result of the inks that you choose to use and the environment where the print is displayed. Contact the ink manufacturer for light-fastness data.
Surface Preparation	The non-porous flat surface should be cleaned and free of dust and debris.
Optimal Print Environment	59-77° F, 20-80% R.H
Service Temp. Range	For end use: 0- 176° F
Handling Recommendations	Due to the absorptive nature of the coating, you should avoid touching the coated surface of the film. To install the graphic, peel 4 inches of the liner off the graphic and place on wall. Continue to peel back 4 inches of the liner incrementally while mounting.
Ideal Storage Conditions	50-80° F, 20-80% R.H. (a controlled environment is recommended); store vertically in original packaging.
Shelf Life	1 year from the LexJet ship date when stored in proper conditions.
Special Instructions	A liquid laminate must be applied for outdoor use. Wait a minimum of 24 hours, after printing, to apply the liquid laminate. Leave the release liner on Photo Tex during the liquid laminating process. After lamination, wait an additional 24 hours prior to installation.
ACT Compliance	Photo Tex has been tested and is ACT compliant for Lead and Phthalate. It meets requirements for CPSC 16 CFR 1303, H.R. 4040 CPSIA 2008 Section 101 and H.R. 4040 CPSIA 2008 Section 108.
Environmental and Toxicity Notes	PhotoTex has no detrimental concerns of Phthalates, no PVC, no Glycol-ether and no Formaldehyde.
