LexJet provides government agencies with a custom large format inkjet printing program that includes special agency pricing, Just in Time product delivery, unlimited and free technical and product support from personally-assigned customer specialists, educational resources and custom product solutions designed for specific agency needs.
LexJet products are used to create laminated training graphics, posters, signs, banners, event signage, museum exhibits, wayfinding signage, maps, emergency and planning graphics, target range posters, official photographic prints, wallcoverings, murals, canvas reproductions, and more.
Preferred pricing: Government agencies receive preferred pricing on a wide range of LexJet and OEM inkjet-printable media, inks, coatings, banner and display stands, and other production solutions. LexJet has also created bundled media, ink, software, shipping and printer packages for under $3,000 on the next-generation Canon, Epson and HP large format inkjet plotters and printers.
Product delivery: LexJet currently ships its products from 15 strategically located distribution centers, as well as OEM products from 30 additional warehouses across the U.S. for one-day shipping to most of the continental U.S. Click here to visit LexJet’s Locations page.
Product and technical support: Each agency will have its own personal customer specialist who will provide free and unlimited product and technical support. You will not be siphoned into voice mail or deal with an "automated attendant" during regular business hours, which are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. Instead, you and anyone else in your company will immediately reach a trained LexJet account specialist who will be able to help with product and technical support.
Custom products: LexJet offers the most comprehensive line of wide-format and small-format plotter and printer media available in the market. Much of LexJet's product line has been developed based on customer requests to meet specific imaging and application criteria. LexJet treats each customer and application individually, and develops the best solution based on the unique parameters of each situation. That's why LexJet media is available in a wider variety of finishes, widths, and roll lengths.
Education and online support: You will have access to a number of customized educational and support programs that include monthly eNewsletters, the LexJet Blog, how-to and technical videos, and training materials that address each area of production. LexJet’s next-generation website allows users to view order and product history, track shipments and access technical data, products specs, free ICC profiles, technical support documentation and more.

In addition, we will respond within two hours after we receive an email from you, if the email is received during regular business hours. For correspondence received after standard business hours, we will respond by 12 pm Eastern Time the next business day.
