Within the next couple of weeks, every LexJet customer will receive a printed copy of the new 2010 Large-Format Product Reference Guide. This 36-page catalog provides a quick overview of LexJet’s most popular products, including:

•  aqueous inkjet media,
• solvent and UV-curable inkjet media,
• pressure-sensitive laminates, backers and adhesives;
• thermal low-melt laminates and backers; and
• OEM and LexJet-branded inks.

 The guide includes the full line of Simple adhesive vinyls as well as LexJet’s exciting new WallPro wallcovering materials.

 
The Product Reference Guide also calls attention to some of the changes LexJet has implemented in response to your suggestions. For example:

• You asked that we carry more products so that you could consolidate purchases and reduce costs. We now have more than 10,000 items from 29 distribution centers. We launched more than 20  new products in 2009 and have 20 more planned this year.
  
  
• You asked us to continue to have a real person answer the phone and provide the business and application support that can help improve your business. We hired and trained 6 account specialists in 2009 and plan to hire and train 14 more in 2010.
  
  
• You told us you wanted more inventory in more places. We’ve increased our inventory by 20% to help you get what you want when you need it.
  
  
• You requested lower shipping rates, and we have answered with $9.99 flat-rate shipping on lexjet.com
