Give your customers a boost of self confidence with the right dose of liquid. This month, we highlight the varied and wondrous uses of the Liquify tool.

Many of you may have heard of the Liquify tool by now, but have you found practical uses for it in your everyday Photoshop use?
Some things that Liquify is extremely helpful with include thinning women’s arms and waistlines, lessening double chins, opening squinty eyes, lifting saggy eyelids, tummy tucks (I wish I had this in real life!), and other beautifiers.
Check it out! Open a full length image of a person or couple and try it…
Go to Filter>Liquify
You will see the Liquify Filter window...
With the Forward Warp Tool selected, push the pixels in the desired direction. I should mention one of my favorite uses is tucking in the pointy or loose collars. You can’t beat the Liquify filter for this one.
If you go overboard just go to the Edit Menu and step backward as many times as you need to. Click OK to accept changes.
These are four of the most useful and fun tools in the Liquify Filter, and it’s just the beginning. I’m sure you’ll find unlimited uses for this one:
