LexJet has upgraded all of its support systems as part of its Customer Focused Initiative (CFI). The technology upgrades are designed to improve response times, simplify and streamline product delivery, and bolster LexJet's continued focus on free, unlimited, and personal service and support.

LexJet's new phone system sends calls as quickly as possible to each customer's assigned account specialist. If that account specialist is not available, the call will be routed to someone in that region who is available. All of this happens in a few seconds, ensuring that LexJet customers receive the personal help and attention they deserve right away.

When customers and prospective customers call in, they will hear a short "welcome" message as their call is being routed. That call will always be answered by a live, helpful voice after the welcome message, not voice mail or an automated attendant.

LexJet customers never have to navigate through an automated phone system that requires them to yell code words and account numbers into the receiver or punch in extensions, language options, or any other numbers to get the personal service they need.

The upgrades coincide with a re-alignment of LexJet's account specialists into two teams that support the primary markets in which LexJet operates: commercial large-format inkjet printing and digital photography. With focused and intensive training in each market, LexJet account specialists are better armed to find specific solutions to specific needs in each market for each customer.
