Serif’s new PosterDesigner Pro software can make it easier for people who aren’t graphic designers to quickly create professional-looking posters on their HP Designjet printers. The software can be used to create posters for in-house marketing, special-event advertising, or signs and banners.

The software features more than 200 professional templates as well as hundreds of pre-set styles that incorporate bevels, shadows, reflections, and glows. Templates are available for use in education, retail, business, real estate, and special events.

With PosterDesigner’s built-in photo editor, you can make quick adjustments or add effects to photos without having to go back into Photoshop. The ImageCutout feature makes it easy to extract part of an image to use in a poster design.

When it’s time to print your customized poster, the design will automatically be rotated and scaled to suit the media selected on your HP Designjet.
