You will receive a positive and consistent customer service experience every time you contact us. You can expect to reach a representative between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. You can expect to receive the same level of service and to be treated with courtesy and respect by every LexJet team member.
When trying to reach your LexJet representative, you can expect a quick response. During regular business hours a representative will answer your call within 10 seconds. In addition, we will respond within two hours after we receive an email from you, if the email is received during regular business hours. For correspondence received after standard business hours, we will respond by 12 pm Eastern Time the next business day.
When placing an order, you can expect us to provide you with anticipated delivery information for each item on the order. We will make our best possible effort to inspect and pack the materials so that your order will be delivered free of defects and shipping damage.
