How To Request a Refund or Replacement Product

At LexJet, our goal is to make every part of your experience with us a pleasant one. We know that having to deal with a return can be an interruption to your business, and that is why we have implemented a simple process that ensures you will receive your refund or product replacement in a timely manner. To begin the process, please contact your account specialist or any one of our customer service representatives within 30 days of purchase at 800-453-9538. You are assured to get a live voice to help you through the process.

Obtaining a Return Authorization Number

Prior to returning a product please obtain a Return Authorization number from your account specialist or customer service representative. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number to help you track the return through the process and to ensure proper credit is received. Shipping instructions for the returned item(s) will be provided at the time the Return Authorization number is issued. Please follow these instructions closely.

Types of Returns

What you can expect.

  • Ordering Error Claims

We understand that items are sometimes ordered in error and we are happy to help you when this occurs. We simply ask that you return the items in the original packaging. We will then re-ship the correct product for the applicable shipping fees plus a 15% re-stock fee to cover the cost of the return. If the original packaging has been damaged please notify your LexJet representative when you initiate the return.

  • Damaged or Lost Shipment Claims

Please take a moment to inspect your shipments when they arrive. If the packaging is damaged and the enclosed item appears to be damaged, it’s important that you keep the original package and call us to file a claim with the carrier. LexJet will only file claims on orders shipped with LexJet shipping accounts.

  • Manufacturing Defect Claims

When a product is thought to contain a manufacturing defect, we may request that photos or samples be provided for evaluation prior to a Return Authorization number being issued.

  • LexJet Shipping Error Claims

We ask that you make a claim with us within five working days from the delivery date in order to ensure a refund can be issued or a replacement product can be sent.

  • Custom Items, Items which have been installed, and Printers

All returns must have a return authorization number (RA) assigned before the product is returned. Custom items, items which have been installed, and printers are not eligible for return unless deemed defective.

Items with manufacturing defect claims will be communicated directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their Warranty terms. Customer will contact the manufacturer and initiate the claim process. No credit will be given to the customer until the manufacturer confirms the item is defective and issues credit to LexJet.

LexJet has no expressed warranties beyond the stated warranties of the product manufacturers. Under no circumstances shall LexJet be held liable for any labor cost incurred from any defective products.

LexJet liability for any defective product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid. In no event will LexJet be responsible for any incidental or consequential costs associated with the defective product, including, but not limited to labor.

LexJet provides no warranties. Please contact product manufacturer for warranty specifics.

No warranty return will be considered unless all installation guidelines have been completed and signed off by a certified technician.

Customer is responsible for examining packaging before accepting delivery of the item. If any damage is noticeable, it must be noted on the delivery paperwork with the driver at the time of delivery. If there is noticeable damage, delivery should be refused.
